S&T's Kluge, McCaskill earn GLVC Athlete of Week honors

ROLLA, Mo. – For the third consecutive week, Missouri S&T’s track and field program has received recognition from the Great Lakes Valley Conference with its “Athlete of the Week” selections – and this time, both teams had individuals earn the weekly award. Byran Kluge earned the men's track award, while Tamara McCaskill was named as the women's field event award winner.

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – Missouri S&T senior Tamara McCaskill made an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark Saturday in the high jump to highlight six first place finishes by the Lady Miners at the Jim Green Invitational at Illinois College.

Miners unable to overcome early deficit, fall 72-54 at Northern Kentucky

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky put Missouri S&T into a 12-point hole to start the game and the Miners could never overcome that deficit Saturday as they suffered a 72-54 setback to the Norse in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.
